Показано, что в литературе недостаточно полно освещены вопросы оптимизации систем с метрологическим обеспечением. Предложена модель управления процессами эксплуатации и обновления парка измерительной техники, относящейся к нескольким группам деградации. Построена функциональная зависимость стационарного коэффициента готовности от метрологических параметров измерительной техники – интервалов между поверками, относительных эксплуатационных допусков на контролируемые параметры и относительных погрешностей измерения, а также от организационно-технических и технических параметров. Разработанная модель позволяет вычислять оптимальные (рациональные) параметры эксплуатации и обновления парка измерительной техники. Модель можно применять при классификации сложных технических систем с целью задания требований к их метрологическому обеспечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The model for managing the process of operation and updating the fleet of measuring equipment, taking into account degradation processes is proposed. The model includes three groups of degradation of measuring equipment. The functional dependence of the stationary availability coefficient on the intervals between verifications, on the relative operational tolerances for the controlled parameters, on the relative measurement errors and other technical and technological parameters of the operation and renewal of the fleet is constructed. The presented model allows us to calculate the optimal (rational) parameters of operation and renewal of the fleet of measuring equipment.
