Прибор построен на основе новых принципов измерения импеданса с редуцированным набором мер и методов калибровки измерительных цепей, позволяющих существенно повысить точность измерения, расширить функциональные возможности и автоматизировать процесс настройки аппаратуры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The new precision RLC-meter MHC1100, operating in wide range of frequency and oscillatory impedance measuring parameters, is described.
