Представлена математическая модель долгосрочного планирования и целевого управления показателями эффективности (современности и исправности) парка измерительной техники при её закупках, ремонтах и списаниях. В основе модели лежат система конечно-разностных уравнений, описывающая динамику изменения количества образцов измерительной техники с различным уровнем технического совершенства и технического состояния, и алгоритмы, учитывающие свойства стационарных решений динамических систем. Отличительной особенностью модели является наглядность и простота применения.
